Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
